Private 1:1 Breathwork Sessions are a deeply supportive space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
This is not talk therapy, coaching, or meditation — it’s a somatic, body-based practice that helps release stress and emotional tension through the breath. When we breathe intentionally, the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and what we’ve been holding onto finally gets space to move.
Each session is fully customized to you.
We begin with a short check-in and intention setting so your session meets you where you are. Then you’ll be guided through a powerful, gentle breathwork journey designed to help your body let go of what it no longer needs. We close with grounding and integration so you leave feeling calm, clear, and supported.
