Hi! I’m Brooke.
I’m a breathwork facilitator, reiki healer, coach and facilitator. I’ve spent the last many years reading all the self help books, trying all of the holistic avenues- and of everything I’ve experienced breathwork is my FAVORITE modality.
It’s the only tool that gets you out of your head, into that beautiful body of yours, and actually helps you release all the stuff that needs to go. It’s connecting, empowering, and a total nervous system reset.
Teaching breathwork has been such an incredible way to meet and support my community.
Every session is different. Sometimes we cry. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we’re quiet. But always, we land.
What is breathwork?
Short answer: it’s using your breath on purpose to help your nervous system settle, release stress, and get you out of your head and back into your body.
Most of us breathe on autopilot - shallow, fast, and without much awareness. By changing how you breathe, you can calm your system, move stuck emotion, and create space to feel what’s actually going on underneath the noise.
People often describe it as:
feeling grounded and clear
releasing stress they didn’t realize they were holding
having emotional “aha” moments
leaving lighter than they arrived
Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s powerful. Always, it’s guided and intentional. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to “do it right.” You just need to show up and breathe.
What a session actually looks like
You’ll be guided through specific breathing patterns while lying down. Music is playing. I’ll be there the whole time, helping you feel safe, supported, and steady.
You might feel relaxed. You might feel emotional. You might feel nothing dramatic at all - and still notice a shift afterward.
There’s no forcing and no expectations. We go at your pace.
