Reiki is a soft, supportive form of energy healing that helps your body shift out of stress and into rest, repair, and balance.
Unlike breathwork, which is active and expressive, Reiki works quietly — allowing your system to settle without needing to process or push anything.
During a Reiki session, you’ll lie comfortably on a table or mat while I place my hands lightly on or just above your body. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of being gently “held.”
Reiki is especially supportive if you:
Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burnt out
Are emotionally sensitive or depleted
Want to relax without needing to talk
Are healing from stress, grief, or change
Prefer a quieter, gentler experience
This is a beautiful option on its own — and an incredibly powerful complement to breathwork.

When the weather is right, sessions can also be held outdoors at the beach. Many people find the ocean air, natural sounds, and open space deeply calming and grounding. If you’d like a beach session, just let me know when you book and we’ll coordinate based on the weather.
